Hi, i need some advice on what i could possibly do to help my bf’s snoring, because it is affecting my sleep as well, and honestly….im this close to hurting him.

some say the breathe right strips dont work, some say they do…..but they are very expensive where i live and i really dont want to buy them if they not gonna work.

Does anyone have any ideas? Please.

yeah…sleeps on his back….its his most comfortable position. i normally push him on his side, but its not very comfortable for him, so he doesnt stay on his side too long.

sigh….and he doesnt have any allergies, and he doesnt drink….unless we out and he’s not driving….so dunno. he says both his parents snore, so i guess im doomed.

im gonna have to try something cause he’s affecting my sleep man….
